"There isn't going to be any rescue, we have to get out of here!"
He waited until Alucard was gone. Then proceeded to wait several more minutes with his finger in the air. See he never exactly knew when or how long it took for Alucard's presence to fully leave. For all he knew most of his life this extra precaution of not saying a word until after a full five minutes after the man in black disappeared was utterly useless but he was not going to risk it.
"All of her hair is going to go gray the moment she hears that he's back." He chuckled, oh to be in the same room as them when that happened. He could just imagine the wrinkles that would instantly form on her face the moment he showed up in her office. "Yeah, good call. Looks like crashing at the tower isn't going to be a thing tonight."
He looked around, literally everything was dead, and not just dead but fresh dead. There was an eerie and disturbing peacefulness that followed in Alucard's wake whenever he was done clearing an area you always felt safe in the scariest way. He shook his head from zoning out again, collecting and focusing his thoughts. "Let's get the fuck out of here yeah?"
"Yeah I'm down," he said, the fact of the matter was, he couldn't stand the smell anymore. It was putrid but he was noticing the build up of the crystals slowly falling apart like dust. It was fascinating as if the Apex creature was the whole reason they formed to begin with. Either way, if this was the Chimera Virus he hoped to god they had the only sample right now.
Krieger headed up the ladder and was back on top soon enough, he was definitely washing his shoes after sloshing around in that filth, "I've heard stories of that man from Gabe, I got to feel the city shake when he and Hija went at it, but that shit... That was insane. You always assume it's just a legend and blown out of proportion until you really witness it first hand. To think Umbrella began designing things just because he existed and we've somehow survived them."
"Yeah, the stories really don't do it justice." He was pretty amused by just the overall reaction of Krieger when he was watching the whole thing go down. He listened to him talk and for some reason it brought a smile to his face, "Honestly, if it weren't for him using them like toys to suppress his boredom no one would've survived. He took out both Dead Sight models at the time, killed 313 multiple times, and the 103's probably fear the ever living hell out of him to this day."
He was following closely behind, noticing the phenomena that was occurring as well and making a mental note of it in his head. "Seems like every time someone takes him down though, he just bounces back ten times stronger and ten times scarier than before." He walked with Krieger, "I'm still trying to determine if this was an actual Alucard level threat or if he was just bored. Determining that will give you a much more accurate scale of how dangerous this virus truly is since there's so little to go off of."

“At the end of the day I just hope that’s on our side when we have to point guns at people,” Krieger said and pulled out his phone sending a quick text to Gabe, “personally, I’ve seen some crazy shit and that’s definitely top five probably only behind the slaughter of Billard Creek in the dead zone. To think, this kind of shit wasn’t that common before I was born.”
"I mean as long as you guys stay on Helsing's good side that shouldn't be an issue." He said as he was walking back with him, "That is if he's with Helsing." He was saying that to mess with the guy, though to be honest he didn't know if Alucard was with Helsing or not, the timing made sense and he was wearing those gloves unlike back in New York when he was around. "It's so weird when you realize there are people alive today who don't remember all the crazy shit that happened back then."

"Hey, it's more weird to me that people knew a life other than this," Krieger said, "I was adopted into this world and never once saw a life before this, I actually miss when things were a bit more simple and there weren't politics involved... Then again, I was younger then and didn't have to deal with the politics that was dad and the old man who did."
What a day, Gabe was going to have a field day with this news.
"Yup, it's worse when you try to adjust to it but you know you never really fit in." He replied, he was still imagining the panic attack that Sazon might have when she was delivered the news that Alucard was back. Like this whole Chimera virus thing was bad enough but this icing on the cake was probably going to send her off the deep end. "My boss is probably going to die when she gets the news. Just literally drop dead."

"I'm guessing she's not a fan," he said and began walking back toward the exit so he could get back in touch with Jolie, "don't say I blame her after that skin crawling shit. I've been in the presence of some terrifying shit but that man just set off every radar I have. Like if I was a weaker man I'd of pissed my pants most likely."
"I mean if I remember right, he's shot her at least twice and tried to kill her way more times than that." He replied casually, to be fair, not being killed or hunted by Alucard was probably the entire reason for her whole change of heart. After all, if he was in Sazon's boots he'd want to start changing his karma before Alucard visited him again. "Yeah, he has a bit of a presence doesn't he?"

"Aint that a bitch," Krieger said moving back up the ladder and was back in the bank a moment later. He could hear the music still going and the guys were still at it cracking open some of the other lock boxes and rummaging through the storages. Jolie was sitting on top of the tellers counter on a lap top.
"Hey Jo, we're done down there," he said.
She looked back, "took ya long enough. Shit was scary?"
"Let's just say we got something scarier on our side."
He followed closely behind before walking out of the room. "Welp, now I need to actually go back to base." He finally said, a little annoyed he had to walk all the way back. "It's been fun guys. Thanks for having me I guess?" He gave a shrug and a confused face as he looked at both Kreiger and Jolie; "Given what we found down there you guys be extra careful when it comes to doing this yeah?"

"No worries," Krieger said, "I'm not doing anything until we get word on if it can hurt altereds or not. Then we're going to sweep that facility for infected and start working on cleaning it up. Safe travels, thanks for the help."
He flashed a grin at them when they said to be safe and be careful. He was turned towards them as he was heading out the door. "Where's the fun in that?" He replied finally before waving goodbye and leaving the area. He had a long walk ahead of him and it was a good time to actually be able to work on the wording of the briefing he was going to have to pass on to Sazon and them.
