A large power substation which transfers power from the hydroelectric dam to the city. It also houses the main entrance to the intricate labyrinth that is the remodeled sewer system. It employs hundreds of citizens and is one of the main hubs which supports the city's infrastructure.

An institution in Raccoon City based on the bank of the Circular river. In addition to typical college campus facilities, the University housed an advanced laboratory for the company HEXACORE BIOGENETICS.

A small dive bar off of French st. which connects to the main road, it's a small one story building with a basement/cellar. The basement holds the bar which is run by an old veteran of the old war who simply goes by the moniker Old Man, The Crowbar is actually a particular favorite among a few college students and even RPD and a few S.T.A.R.S. Members.

A tourist attraction in the community of Raccoon City, not far from the center of the city. It was located on the western side of the Circular River and was near a subway station that provided the zoo with tourists on weekends. In the event of disasters, Raccoon Zoo is listed by the local government as an emergency shelter
