"There isn't going to be any rescue, we have to get out of here!"
Everyone looked at Wesker in that moment Krown had a face of amusement and even Marcus' lips wrinkled into a small amused grin wanting to see how this would play out as he leaned back in his chair. The other two were simply dumb founded, shocked in horror by Hija's return but even more so shocked by Wesker's blatant attitude towards the man.

"Amusing," Himura said, he too was smiling like everyone else, "if you think you can kill me. Then come yourself, I invite the challenge just like I invited every one of the current and past members of this cabinet to try and kill me. Would be an easy path back to the head of the table, would it not?"
"Mr. Himura," Wesker began, "you will never sit at the head of the Conglomerate for as long as I breath. I'm sure your daughter would enjoy knowing your location, I hear she's friends with quite a few people who are capable of killing you, and with no assets to back you and slow her down, I'd give you a week at most before you're staring down the barrel of one of her guns. It would be a beautiful reunion and I'm sure everyone here would enjoy to watch the Himura Dynasty get taken down by pure Karma alone."
"Now," Wesker said, "we can wave our dicks or we can get down to business. We are all grown men, act like it. Can we all agree on our positions as equals for the time being?"
"Oh shiet!" Krown let out a belly laugh as soon as Wesker was done talking, his image shown slapping the arm of his chair repeatedly as he rocked in his seat, "I liek heem, I liek heem alut." He finally said before finally he stopped laughing and let out a long sigh, it wasn't like he was laughing at Himura, he was more so laughing at the fact that someone had the balls to threaten Himura like Wesker just did. Even Marcus was amused by this, in fact his interest for Wesker grew by folds as far as he was concerned.
"Yes, let us please continue, Mister Wesker." It was the stern british tone of earned respect which came from his mouth instead of condemnation like he usually had for the others at this table. This man interested him and at this point he found himself respecting the man.

Himura was smiling, this man was as dangerous as he was interesting. He raised his glass to Wesker indicating he was done on the floor and ready for him to continue forward. He knew his position here was the smallest one even if he was one of the more dangerous minds but Wesker wasn't wrong to point out he had no backing and no allies. For the time being, he was in debt to the new Boogeyman at the head of the table. How interesting, he sat in silence with a pleased and amused look on his face.
"Then the staging ground is set, Raccoon city will see its first victims within the coming days. I assure you what I am giving you all is worth your time, if you are pleased by the results of the future Raccoon City incident, then I will be happy to set up bulk sales. If you'd like to try to replicate Doctor Horns, research, I assure you will have your hands full but you are welcome to try."
Wesker knew damn well what he was doing, he was giving them an extremely complex formula to prove his assets were worth their money, to prove that even if they cracked the intricate coding behind the virus that whatever Horn came up with next would be worth billions. Unlike Himura he wasn't hell bent on destroying the world, he was hell bent on making money and getting these gentlemen in a position where they could start doing so as well.
"Keep an eye on the reports, things are going to get interesting in Raccoon city, if you're interested in what I've offered you so far, you might also be interested in the Bioweapons that are moving on the city as well, they will be targeting the likes of Amy Grace, Sazon Himura, and others that have plagued your communities. That is all I have for you today, any questions or concerns?"
"Yes, but," Krown spoke up, "You obviously know how to get ahold of us. How would one say, contact you should dey wish to speak privately about.. lucrative transactions?" Krown asked before Marcus and the other two snapped their heads to him, the other two held more scorned looks on their faces but Marcus had a single eye brow raised. Krown was in the habit of making a profit no matter what, in a way, when it came to pedaling, selling, and buying he had an uncanny sense that no one else at the table could beat.
That coupled with his acts of bio-terror were the main reason that Krown still had a seat on the table. So if Krown was not only interested but willing to start trying to make private contracts or open negotiations about product then it was a good idea to follow his lead. Albeit in his own way.
"As I said," Wesker began and over the shoulder of each participant in the video meeting someone reached over holding a card, even Himura's, "how else would I know where you are currently sitting? Gentlemen, enjoy the show. You have my details."
He picked up the remote and shut his connection down from them. He expected to get their calls soon enough, what he was selling was world domination without a lasting apocalypse. A viral agent that was a reminder of the past yet wouldn't destroy every ones future. In a way, he was enjoying the challenge of gaining their respect, and yet he didn't care about it. They were just assets to something bigger.
"Contact Jessica Winters," Wesker said, "let her know her fathers current location. He can consider this his first warning."
