"There isn't going to be any rescue, we have to get out of here!"
He took a single moment before taking the thumb drive in his grasp. "Like I said, I trust you Alice." He grabbed the glass once more and took a long gulp, nearly halving the glass. "I'll be working on bringing you back another skull then." He set the glass down, done with it for right now, "I'm going to assume this is a solo mission? Too be honest I wouldn't mind it considering the possible predicted casualty rate."

"I will not be providing anyone for this mission and you will be completely on your own, consider it a gift for your eyes only," Alice replied, there was no way she'd sacrifice any of her men to attempt to kill Keto Seroth, it was most likely a one way trip for most people and she didn't even like Adam's odds, "you may use the armory to gear yourself and gather a vehicle. Birkin will be escorted here by a close friend of ours, he's coming to town as soon as he crosses No Man's Land north of the city. I'll also be hiring Mary Death to lead the detail for the escort. So, don't worry about her while you're working. It may get in your way and you might not come back to us."
"I do wish you a good hunt none the less, despite giving up such a good asset to this war," she almost sounded like she didn't want to do this, but she knew better than anyone Keto had to die and Annette had to help them.
"Got it." It was a simple reply as he stood and up and took a moment, slipping the thumb drive in his pocket. He emptied out his bag of all the other things he figured might of been in her interest before zipping it up and slinging it around her shoulder. "Thanks for the drink and the info." He started before heading towards the door before turning back and smiling; His tone obviously playful. "Maybe next month we can have a social meeting." He turned and waved by his typical way before slipping past the giant and making his way to the armory.
"Maybe," Alice replied, she gave him a slight smirk as he headed down the stairs, there was much to do and now she had the plan to move everything forward one step at a time. It was only a shame she wouldn't be able to see it all move in motion. There came voices from the HAM radio once again then screams of terror, the mission was a failure on their part, but Alice had achieved what was needed, the path to the New York Hive was uncovered. She gazed at Hija's skull and her eyes seemed to flicker as she reached forward and picked it up and brought it closer to her face, "this is the price you payed to achieve immortality in others... Oswell."
