The press was having a field day, City Hall was on lock down, the President was in the ICU and there sat a gentleman at his desk with cameras pointed at him... 3..2..1..
"Good Evening people of the United States, I am here to address the recent attempt on President Harkers life. He is still alive and is currently in critical care in the ICU but he is holding strong. There isn't much I can say at this time but I would like to address the people who would bring harm to our nations... We are vigilant on finding you and we will hunt you down with every breadth of our being.
"Today we ask that you keep President Harker in your prayers and give him well wishes and a speedy recovery. I will take questions and answer what I can."
"I admit the timing is a little ironic but I assure you the ZRS is working tirelessly to apprehend those responsible for the attempt on his life."
"It is not within my power to say who took the shot but we do have leads, yes."
"We are unsure at this time....."
The Q&A ended roughly fifteen minutes later with no new answers for the public.
