Unlike the typical news reel which was either going on about the president's assassination or the attack on the hospital in which he was staying which held countless dead and the president missing, this show came on around midnight and lasted an hour, it was usually aired on Eastern Shelf News Network a more centrist news channel which usually tried to play itself off as a liberal news source and was often slammed and attacked by CGN.
The host, Ross Hozer had been over a variety of topics over the course of the night.
Hozer: "For this next segment I'm joined by the best selling author J.P. Harris, you known many of his books had to deal with many of the events in the past, he's an author who's duty we need so that we don't ever forget in those dark times. He's here to talk about his new book." Ross Hozer held up a book showing the cover "It's titled, The Monster I'm Not. And yes, for those of you watching that is who you think it is on the cover. With us now is J.P. Harris, J.P. thank you for being on."
Harris: "Thanks Ross, glad to be here."
Hozer: "So... interesting title, and even more interesting subject matter don't you think? I read it and loved it. It was a really detailed take in the live of a bio-altered person. But also don't you think you're going to ruffle some feathers writing about a dead terrorist?"
Harris: "You know, I thought the same way at first but through the course of writing the book, well, the book really wrote itself I just kind of took it to my publishers and was like look, this is what I want printed and sold."
Hozer: "So how exactly did you come across this, the details and writing it was like you were able to just sit down and listen to the man's story."
Harris: "Funnily enough me and my wife were just moving into our new home out in Stonevile and I was rummaging around cleaning the basement and stuff like that when I happened across this box of old notebooks. I just started flipping through them and eventually it clicked in my head and I thought, oh my god. This is the most historical find since King Tut's tomb."
Hozer: "So I'd like to take a moment and talk about what one of your favorite parts of the book."
Harris: "Gosh there are so, so many. But I really think my favorite parts are in the beginning, his youth, how he and the rest of his group came together as a family and specifically his relation with Amy."
Hozer: "I was actually shocked to know that the War hero who passed in '25 and he were really that close. It was interesting."
Harris: "Yeah, this book paints a larger spectrum on everything between 2005 and up till around 2018. It's a great recounting of events from the perspective of someone who was really right there in the trenches against Umbrella. I really urge everyone to pick it up and read it to really get a feel for what these people went through. Which is something we don't really hear from the survivors or the ones who fought during those times."
Hozer: "Couldn't agree more, thank you again J.P. for coming on the show tonight and promoting your new book. It's called The Monster I'm Not, and it'll be on shelves tomorrow. It'll be out in New Digital Format, Audio format and in physical copy as hard and soft back for all of you collectors and officianatos out there. And with that, we're wrapping up, everyone have a great night and be strong america. This is Ross Hozer saying, good night and goodbye for now."
